I just got this little program called Wavepad to make some ringers, and its really easy. im just trying to figure out how to get the mp3 ringers to sound clear and good when i put it on my phone, they download to my Razr the right way so i can assign them.....anyone know of this program?

Thats what I use black ice.
After you clip it to the size you want as your rintone, go up to the top tabs and click "Effects" and scrooll down to "Normalize" and set it anywhere between 75-100. (Whatever sounds best to you.) Then to make it louder, go back to "Effects" and click on "Amplify" and adjust the number to 400 or less (but NOT higher, as this risks blowing your phone's speakers!) |

I was making my friends a bunch of ringtones all the time...and I kept having to send them to people...so I just put them online

I use an online ringtone tool to do this. I found this site mobilespin.net that has an online ringtone tool. You can upload your own music, clip the section you want and download it to your phone or PC for free
