actually, I have over 10k songs stored in NAS, that I can use any I want
but I just want to use something unique
I even can convert the station ID into tone

Thats what I use black ice.
After you clip it to the size you want as your rintone, go up to the top tabs and click "Effects" and scrooll down to "Normalize" and set it anywhere between 75-100. (Whatever sounds best to you.)
Then to make it louder, go back to "Effects" and click on "Amplify" and adjust the number to 400 or less (but NOT higher, as this risks blowing your phone's speakers!)

I use an online ringtone tool to do this. I found this site mobilespin.net that has an online ringtone tool. You can upload your own music, clip the section you want and download it to your phone or PC for free
