Technically you can't sell them. I know people who have tried and got into serious trouble for it. The songs are copyrighted, and unless you have written rights to those songs, you can't legally sell them. Go over to sprintusers.com and ask the people there about it. They'll have some stories to share about it.

If you don't have a store, then consider OSCommerce, or miva merchant, or some of the other dozen store fronts. You could setup pay pal too. One thing I don't know is how to create a site that ringtones could be found / purchased from the phone itself.
