Is there a thin button on the left side of the phone? You might have to push that up.... if that doesnt work than i think its as loud as it will go.
I do believe this model has said to have low ringer volume. |

is it a ringer you bought or a ringer you made, if you made it you will have to make it again with higher volume or a better mp3 file

There is a work-around on most samsung phones. You have to rename the MP3 file on your computer as a 3GP and then put in on the memory card...and then on the phone. If you can do that on your phone, then you can get mp3s as your ring tone.

ok ok so lets say i make a ringtone that mp3 format, i change the file extension to 3gp and i can set a ringtone using 3gp format

I have suffering the similar problem.There are limited ring volume in the samsung set.
