I have a problem with this handset. I want the phone to be completely silent, but when I turn it to the silent mode it starts vibrating when I receive calls or messages. How can I stop that from happening? I don't want the phone to make any sound. Kindly help.

Have you read the manual to see if it stated how to troubleshoot this problem?
