I have a SANYO ultraslim phone. I think it's a KATANA. How do I get it off of speaker phone. If I press and hold the speaker button (like I did on my old phone) it just gives me the option to redial the last number. Help please. Everyone hears my phone conversations!!

walk into the store that sold it to you and ask them. It is called customer service. Otherwise you could call the cell phone company but you will hold for a long time. I would need to know the model for sure then I would look up the manual on the internet. Geee, that book that came in the box might actually be helpfull.
