i cant recieve my texts from my sprint sanyo

cell phone, does anybody know how to fix the problem? every time i go to check my text it says error 3000 or error 4000 occured try again later. it hasnt worked for about a week now and i want to get my texts. does anybody know how to fix it or a 24 hour sprint/sanyo customer service number? thanks a ton!oh yeah, it also says network timeout. i dont understand

I would suggest calling *2 for technical assistance. Thats the only advice I have.

Again like the same person before this site seemd to be a wealth of knolege when it comes to these issues.replace the xx with the TT. Most boards don't like hot linkshxxp://www.boostmobile.com/support/faqs/#

did you already try to power cycle your phone? some phone problems can be fixed by doing basic troubleshooting like turning phone off and on again or taking the battery out and wait for 15 seconds before putting it back it and turning it on. and try to use text messaging. if such problems persist... call Sprint Customer Care by dialing *2 on your PCS phone or 1-888-211-4727 on any home phone. You can call them anytime. Inform the Rep of the problem and that you already did basic troubleshooting. it's best to ask to be connected to Technical Support. There must be something wrong with your account set-up on their side.

this could be it you might also want to try to reprogram your phone you will need to call sprint and have them walk you through this though
