turn on, can anyone help??? Its Urgent!!!!!!? -No its not the battery

This will sound strange, but it's worth a try. Remove the battery completely, connect the power cord and try to start it that way. Laptops have a circuit designed to prevent damage from a faulty battery that will stop the machine from starting. It may be that circuit, not the battery itself.
