Can you swap Sprint phones without paying the regular price?

I just pay the whole price for the phone, and they activate it with out a 2 year Contract. Also I've found a certain model on the net and they activate it. :)

Well it depends....IF YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE(A USED ONE OF SORTS) all you have to do is call *2 and get the programming codes from them. OR you can buy a phone from a retailer at full price (200-400$) and they activate it for youSprint will charge you a 36$ upgrade fee for their "paperwork charges" for switching phones for you.Hope this helps!~Joanna

A vast majority of the time they can wave the upgrade fee if you ask them nicely to. I've had a ton of phones (see signature) and have not paid for an activation/upgrade fee once.
