You need to access the web using your phone and search and download the ringtones. Make sure you're on a power vision or vision plan before your search and download things on your phone, to make sure ur bill wont go up.

Like Nina stated, make sure you have some sort of Power Vision (internet) access on your phone or else you will get charged per KB of usage I think it is and it can get very costly.
