Btw, anyone know what's going on with SERO now? There seems to be a few "FamilyPack" add-ons for $9.99/additional line, which I would assume just bolt onto a primary individual SERO plan, but their minutes don't match up with the individual SERO plans. How are you supposed to make a SERO family plan?

The only thing that MIGHT steal me away from T-mo is a sweet SERO Family/Business plan with multiple lines with lots of add-ons for CHEAP! :D

Gotta figure out how Sprint coverage is around here though... :p

My question is why can't you convert your existing line over to a SERO plan...why does it have to be a new line of service?

you can convert a normal plan but you better have a lot of extra time on your hands to call in and ask and you might get a good rep that will do it
its just easier to add a new line and get a new phone with it

i just saw this and now you got me wandering. instead of me having 2 sero 500s for about 84 a month i could have a family sero and share the 500 between me.
hmmmmmm 200 to cancel a sero line or give it to someone hmmmmm.
then i could add the Q for 99.

EDIT: doesn't look like the add a line option gives you free power vision OR roaming.
this is something to think about too

Seriously....I'd be willing to hold onto my T-mobile employee plan for 10 a month and then pay the sero prices for 2500 minutes, the 700p and unlimited text.

Its something I consider all to often considering how badly I miss my Treo. I could always go unlocked with the 680 from Palm direct but I don't care to do an unlocked Treo, its something I have not had good luck with in the past.

See m2m doesn't work for me no matter which carrier I choose. Everyone I know has different services. My dad has Sprint, I have my mom on Cingular and I have T-mobile. My friends are split across the board so the only real scenario that really does help me is myfaves. Though I could survive without it easily, its something that makes T-mobile worthwhile to me. However if I wasn't working for them I'd have no problem making a switch, ETF or no ETF. The question is, whom do I switch too?

lol well that was and is the choice for me. i love my service. and sero is just icing on the cake. if i didn't have all the features for free i would pay for them but i would only have one line instead of 3.

just goto Sprint Employee Referral Offer
and the email to use is savings@sprint.com and then your zip code and just pick out a new phone and plan
I just did this and the only plans they have listed are for a 2 year contract. Can I get this offer by going into the store so that I could sign up with 1 year contract or is this offer only available on line?

Well I have a family plan now with 2 lines. Could I swap that over, and if so, what exactly do I say do get them to swap it over?

you will need alot of time and a good rep on the other end you just need to keep calling and being nice and just ask for it if they don't know what you are about just try again later

Is there a specific family plan for 2 lines?
Do you know what the specifics are on it? (Anytime minutes, N/W minutes at 7 or 9pm, power vision or other perks included, etc..?)
I'm sorry, I know this must be a pain. :(
