If I were to sign up to add a line and it required a deposit, would they call/email me before charging my card for the amount of the deposit or just do it?

i just had a couple friends get on sero and they where called, cuz the "had a deposit" but they didn't and we got it taken care of.

Oh, okay. On my first line, I was required a deposit of $125, and when that contract was up I got a 2nd line which also required a $125 deposit...but that was almost 2 years ago. I was just wondering.

they can rerun your credit and see if you still need a deposit you will need to goto a sprint store to have them run it. sometimes it changes and sometimes it stays the same

Well I've been wanting to add that 3rd line, so hopefully it has changed. That would be nice.

I already had the SERO plan but this new plan has night and weekends starting at 7pm so I emailed cs and asked how I could get that. They told me if I was willing to resign for two more years they would hook me up. I wrote back and said if they were willing to throw in 500 free texts per month for free I would waste no time signing up for another couple years, long story short I got what I asked for.

Ask and ye shall receive.

yeah a lot of the times you might need to resign a agreement to get what you want
on mine I have 7 dollar text and free 7 night with a 15 % dis count

I'm super happy with my SERO plan. I'm still waiting to be able to get a SERO with a hybrid phone. That would ROCK!
