ok so i was looking at all the coverage maps and i think sprint should change theirs to one solid color to where your Sprint phone will have service regardless if your roaming or not. Im pretty sure that is how verizon is and im guessing alltel is like that as well.

also when i go to my state which is Michigan the coverage does not look great b/c there are many different colors for coverage. Look at Sprint vs. Verizon

and so on
thats what i think they should change the color of it make it stand out more

I really wish Sprint had a better reputation. I really do believe that they will be one of the only carriers left standing when all these "carrier wars" are over and done with. Finally they have caught up to the times and started to release new and innovative products before everyone else and once they can get nextel in line they should be able to place themselves back into dominance.

There is no reason as to why Sprint should be suffering from the mismanagement, poor reputation for a carrier that is not complained about in terms of coverage and quality any more or less than the rest of the big 4. Its all about the way the carrier is viewed, not the way they actually present themselves. I am hoping that the dual iden/cdma phones will be a big success though I am sure results will be slim in the beginning.

right now the problem with the iden/cdma phones right now is that the old affiliate markets can't sell them yet for some reason or another they are working on that now. thats why nextel is not doing that great around here

I can't imagine why nextel is having such problems. I mean I read why and I understand why but whats the big problem. Why were they not prepared for this contingency and if they were why is it such a tough time implementing a solution. The press makes it sound like they are hemorrhaging customers and there is good news. Its too bad.

Its just terrible, Cingular suffers more from a worse reputation than Sprint, yet manages to constantly post record numbers. Just strange.

i tell you ppl are brainwashed by all the bar commericals that all they talk about is get more bars, more bars here, more bars, bars bars bars bars

Personally I think its the worst marketing campaign ever. I think T-mobile just recently started getting good with the ads with the myfaves commercials. The "secret lovers" commercial and the dwayne wade/barkely commercial do well. Otherwise Verizon was the only company I thought had good marketing. The mafia impersonation commercial, the by the docks commercial was awesome. Most stuff by alltel, cingular, sprint is just forgettable.
