Best at&t go phone?

I'm looking into buying a at&t gophone..my two choices are either the nokia 6102i...or the motorola Razr v3 (black).Which go phone is the best? which phone out of my two top choices is better?

the RAZR V3 is better because it's camera is a little better even though they are both only a VGA camera the RAZR's is better and the RAZR is way thinner and its more stylish too.

Id pick the nokia for build quality, reception quality, and battery life.
