If you have coverage T-Mobile ToGo is great. You can use any unlocked GSM or T-Mobile branded phone. One can get a starter SIM for $10 in an online auction. One would have to add a $100 card to get 10 cents a minute and one year of service. T-Mobile’s roaming is the weak link in the chain.
