Cool Does T-MoToGo Block 'Free' ringtones?

I have tried to send my T-MoToGo Nokia 6030 some ringtones from Crostel.com, and they never arrive at my phone. I have used Crostel on my Tracfone Moto c155, and my Go Phone Moto c139, and they arrived within a second or 3 to those phones, but nothing has arrived into my T-MoToGo phone from Crostel. I set T-Mobile as the carrier. I have gotten some text messages on this phone, so I know the it does receive text messages.

Does anyone know if T-Mobile is blocking this, or is something else is wrong? :holloween:

I have heard that T-mobile blocks certain types of messages, including those from Crostel, from T-moToGo phones. Messages from automated systems I think. Someone else should be able to answer you better, but I am fairly sure that automated systems, like Crostel, will no work with TmoToGo.

Grrrr! Well, that figures, the thing I hated about Go Phone was that they would make me listen to a long 'commercial' before connecting my call out after I would dial out, and eat up my money. Now with T-Mo, they won't let me get free ringtones. Argh!! At least T-Mo let's me call out without eating up my minutes with advertisements for their other products. That Nokia 6030, as nice as that phone is, the ringtones are sadly lacking in the fabulousness department. Ah well, it still is a terrific little phone, and if i get that rebate, it will even more fabulous.

If it needs to access the internet, then it's most likely not going to work. Prepaid users don't get full internet. Just a limited amount of sites. (and i mean limited).

the problem is t-zones for prepaid is limited to My Account and downloads (and purchase)
with T-Mobile Internet (like I have), I can even access FTP to pick tones, or attach with email (I use unlocked phone)

Can you get free ring tones if your phone wasn't unlocked?

I have TracFones with Verizon, at&t and T-Mobil. Only the one with T-Mobil :dead: as the carrier cannot get any response from Crostel.
