Not a bad idea to give them a try anyway. You may find that TMobiles rate plans are more cost effective for you as well as their coverage.

How many minutes do you use for each of your 3 lines? Maybe we could help you find something more cost-effective. Can you break it down amongst peak time, N/W time, and M2M Cingular?

I was under the impression that TMobile uses an independent research company to compile these findings for them.

As far as I have seen, T-mobile has always used independent research organizations for their studies.

I just got a customer service form letter from them today, the kind where they think they have resolved my problem and they want to spread a little propaganda around to hide the BS underneath, I'm sure you know the type.... Anyway, they were quoting JD Powers as their source for how wonderful they are from an independent researcher.

JD Powers and Consumer Reports have both rated them high, or highest in their surveys.

Link to CR ratings ConsumerReports.org - Cell service 01/07: Reader survey (In this article CR stated that "TMobile is giving Verizon a run for their money," and I agree with them.)
