Serious TracPhone by Motorola Problems... HELP!!!?
When I got it I did not buy minutes before the date you were supposed to and they ended my service. I decided to reactivate it and bought minutes. I called the line and went through the process of entering the phone code and the sim card code. I waited the amount of time it said and it still wasn't registered. I waited like 5 days after that. When it still wasn't activated I called the Tech Support line and the guy was Indian. I had a very hard time talking to him and having him understand. He told me I needed a new Sim Card and he sent me one. I got it today and installed it. I then did what he said and tried to reactivate the phone. It said my phone was already active. I called Tech Support again and it was an Chinese woman. I could barely understand her and had to ask her to repeat almost everything. She didn't seem to grasp what I was saying/didn't seem to speak English well and someone was whipering to her how to say things. It still doesn't work after what she did. What do I do?Now I can recieve calls but I cannot make any calls and it still says no service.
