So i recently bought a tracphone at wal-mart. I lost the receipt for it. However now it won't turn on even though the battery is fully charged. Since it's a tracphone, where should i take it to be repaired?The phone also has minutes on it, is there anyway i can transfer the minutes to a new phone?

Did you try removing and replacing the battery? As for transferring units it will be difficult if you can't get the phone to power up but not imposable.

I had to transfer units from a broken phone once. The second CSR asked how many and transferred them to the new phone without further question (the first one said it would take a month).
