They still operate an inferior network, sorry. They are stuck in the 90s.

No, nor do they have any plans to get them. USC doesn't really cater to the needs of teeny boppers.

They work well enough for my wife, who only needs to talk. While their network is great here in Okla. City, I wish they offered better data services.
