RAZR's are okay phones. You have to realize that these phones came out over 2 years ago now. Technology in the cell phone business changes fast. They are still a cool looking phone, but they have lost their unique appeal as they have dropped in price and the market has been saturated with thim. Still the technology in this phone hasn't changed any. Compared with newer model phones, this phone has less features, a clunky display, slow loading menus and less memory. Get the KRZR or the UX355 instead ;-) KRZR has an MP3 player and removable/expandable memory and to me, this makes this phone worth the price, especially when USCellular's RAZR doesn't have this.

I have the Moto V3c on USCC and love it except for the tiny outer screen. |

The RAZR really is more of a "love-it-or-hate-it" fashion phone. It's strengths lie in it's "slim-ness" and it's "cool" looks (yes, the basic silver RAZR still impresses some people around town). It's features are fine for the average user, and RF Performance (reception) is fine for decent-to-strong covered areas. However, if you're a power phone user and demand a lot of high-level smartphone features or a QWERTY keyboard, and/or you live or frequent poor signal areas, then this phone probably is NOT the best choice for you.

I forgot to add that apparently the CDMA version of the RAZR (the V3m) is significantly better in its RF Performance than the GSM RAZR (the V3). Subsequent generations of the RAZR (V3r, V3i, V3x, V3xx, etc) also improve on RF Performance, but it's hard to say how much... |
