Do US cell/wireless carriers charge for incoming calls? a) International incoming calls? b) Interstate incoming calls? c) Intrastate incoming calls? Best! Danny

The answer is yes to all of those questions..
Unlike the UK and other places, its pretty much standardized to charge for everything in USA/Canada.... even incoming SMS's will cost you here =)
