verizon wireless phone number for customer support!!?

okay so i am trying to call both the *611 and the 800 number but it is just a recording to see how much you owe and i am trying to get ahold of a rep anybody know a different numberno then it will say we are closed and it is the fincial department not customer service but u can barely hear the girl saying that it is closed and open on mon- friday 10am-5pm try it yourself

The number is #611 When the recordings start, immediately press 0 and you'll be connected to an actual person.
