Verizon Wireless Phone/Service info?

Ok, My brother is real stupid... He found a phone and downloaded about 100$ worth of ringtones... He took it to the store the next day and then while the phone was still active he put his service on the phone he found. Is there a way verizon can find out and make us pay for it? Because If so My dad would flip out.

make the payments at a verizon authorized dealer, u just gotta provide with your phone no. no need to flip out!
