Verizon Wireless Phone Contract Question?

Ok I have the original silver enV on a 2 year contract from Verizon Wireless. I also have an insurance and replacement plan with it. If i took it to the store could I get a different phone of a lesser price if i claimed my enV was broken?

I dont think you can. And i wouldnt try to break your phone on purpose because I want the EnV and its a nice phone. So dont tell your parents that its broken. PS... why would you want a cheaper phone if you have a wicked nice one..? scratches on it? i know i hate those babys!
