ok im getting ready to buy a phone off of ebay. if i bought the phone. would it have a whole bunch of debts and crap i had to pay to activate it again? the phone im looking at is used.

Since VMo is prepaid, unless the phone is stolen you're fine. You just might not get the $2.50 activation cash from there. Oh, and by the way, you can probably get a VMo phone cheaper elsewhere than eBay...check your local Wal-Mart...the Marbl should be selling for $20 plus tax there. If you want a better phone, the Kyocera Cyclops or the Audiovox Snapper (your choice) are both $60 on Virgin's site, and and $50 for the Cyclops (after a rebate) on Wirefly (see my blog for that link).
