i avtivated my phone and stuff like that and it says u have 2 wait like 4 hours to make calls and download ringtones i waited about about 12 hours and i still cant do anything please help

I had a problem activating mine also, and called the company. They very nicely walked me through it, and I had no problem. I have had to call and complain about getting text messages (I don't use them and know nobody in my group that does) and they will block them if you want. With any problem, just call them. The service is great, and the phone I got is the cheapest available, and yet works fine.
