Hello. I was wondering if you get free money on your phone for activating it. I am going to be purchasing the Oystr for $20.00 at walmart and I will be also purchasing the $25.00 card. I was just wonderin cause if so I was gonna use the extra money to get some ring tones. Thanks in advance.

yes, any card you buy adds that much into your account, then when buying things it takes it directly off your account. if you register a credit card or your paypal account on virgin's site, they'll give you an additional $5 when you "top up" for the first time from your phone.
